Unlike traditional bubble-top dispensers that require manual jar replacement, a direct-piped dispenser is plumbed directly into your water inlet. It has built-in purification filters (like RO or UV) to purify the inlet water and store it in hot and cold chambers.
It depends on the tank capacity. A standard 20L/hr cooling model is ideal for small offices of 15-30 people, while our high-capacity 80L/hr and 150L/hr models are designed for large industrial canteens or schools with 100+ users.
Our dispensers feature a multi-stage filtration system including a Sediment Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, high-grade RO Membrane, and an inline UV Sterilizer to ensure 100% bacteria-free water.
For typical office usage, pre-filters and carbon filters should be replaced every 6 months, and the RO membrane/UV lamp replaced annually to maintain optimum water taste and purity.
Yes. If the model includes an RO purifier, the reject water line needs to be routed to a nearby drain. Ambient/drip tray overflow water also requires a drainage point.
